🇺🇸 1. Geographic Restrictions & Shipping Area
SoberSips.Store exclusively sells and ships to customers located within the United States. * We do not offer international shipping, nor do we accept orders or processing requests from outside the US.

Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.
🛠️ 2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Sent
If your apparel or accessory arrives damaged, has a visible manufacturing or printing defect, or you received the incorrect item entirely, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.

📍 4. Lost Packages & Delays

Incorrect Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, SoberSips.Store cannot offer a refund or a free reprint. The customer will be responsible for the fulfillment cost to resend the order.

Lost in Transit: If your package is stuck or lost by the mail carrier past its estimated delivery window, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can issue a free replacement.

Once your photo proof is reviewed and approved by our support team, a refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
