SoberSips.Store — Return and Refund Policy

The official SoberSips Return Policy is built on complete transparency for our custom print-on-demand store. Because every item at SoberSips.Store is individually printed and crafted only at the time your order is placed, we do not maintain a physical inventory warehouse.

Consequently, the SoberSips Return Policy cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect size selections. We highly recommend reviewing our detailed size charts provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.

1. Geographic Restrictions and Shipping Area

SoberSips.Store exclusively sells and ships to customers located within the United States. Under the standard SoberSips Return Policy, we do not offer international shipping, nor do we accept return requests from outside the US. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.

2. Order Cancellations

Because every item is sent to our print partner for production almost immediately after purchase, cancellations are only possible within 1–2 hours of placing your order. This fast timeline allows us to honor our cancellation guidelines before production begins.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@sobersips.store with your order number. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or redirected under the SoberSips Return Policy framework.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Sent

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or completely incorrect due to a production error, the SoberSips Return Policy gladly guarantees a 100% free replacement or a full refund.

The 30-Day Window: You must report the issue to us within 30 days of your delivery date.

How to File a Claim: Send an email to support@sobersips.store with your order number and a clear, well-lit photo of the defect or damage.

No Return Needed: To minimize environmental impact, you do not need to ship the damaged physical product back to us once your photographic proof is approved.

4. Sizing, Colors, Exchanges and Buyer's Remorse

Because every single product on SoberSips.Store is custom-tailored on-demand at the time of purchase, our policy cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for size mistakes, fit issues, color preference changes, or a change of mind. All sales are final once production has begun.

Pro-Tip: Please carefully consult the Size Chart listed on each individual product page (such as our hoodies and sweatshirts) to ensure a perfect fit before hitting checkout.

5. Lost Packages and Delays

Incorrect Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the SoberSips Return Policy cannot offer a refund or a free reprint.

Lost in Transit: If your package is stuck or lost by the mail carrier past its estimated delivery window, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can issue a free replacement.

6. How Long Do Refunds Take?

Once your photo proof is reviewed and approved by our support team under the SoberSips Return Policy rules, a refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
